Here's the chart but the points have changed, Fib 50% is a little bit higher. I hate the inaccuracy of Stockcharts and I really should take the time to compute exact Fibs from official market data. I guess its good enough for a wannabe.

As you might guess from the chart, I expect one more wave up to capture the 61.8%, but a dump before then (see red dashed line, just a guess). I just read Prechter's Elliott Wave Theorist and he's not, appaently, not satisfied the wave structure and bull run is in.

Tim, interesting that you are posting Bollinger Bands. I don't recall you doing so in the past. I usually try to stay away from technical indicators other than a basic momentum indicator such as RSI and MACD. I decided a couple of days ago to add BB as an additional part of my selection process to increase my selectivity. Thought it was a funny coincidence that you used BBs in your post today.

You are of course assuming that the average investor will care or will pay attention.
I do not think this will affect the drawdown in the slightest. The longer it takes the deeper it will be.

I wish they did not have things like this in the media -- because, now the drop (if any) will be that much shallow. The more bullish the public sentiment, the harder they fall.

Couldn't wait for QQQQs to hit 40.53 which is the 61.8% Fib. It got to 37.57, a penney above the 50% Fib and I bought 34 August puts at an ave in of $.23. 2400 contracts (240,000 shares). I want them to pin today's expiration down to 36 but I expect they'll squeeze the bears (now me) for one last drop of blood. Haa, I still have powder to burn.

He was unbelievable. My parents used to play his stuff a lot in the 50's and then I rediscovered him in my 30's or so. I recommend "Concert By The Sea" a live recording of his done in Carmel in 1955.
